Orders
Orders & broker inspection
From the deposit to loading — including live tracking and the QR check-in at your yard.
The broker visit, step by step
- The buyer pays the deposit; the job goes to association-approved brokers near your yard.
- The broker accepts and you see their name, rating and arrival window in Orders → Inspections.
- On the way, the broker shares live location — you see them approach on the map.
- At your yard the broker shows a QR code. You scan it with Seller Hub on your phone. We check your phone is at the yard (location and postal code) and within 300 m of the broker.
- The broker counts, measures and photographs the stock and files the report.
- Match → the buyer pays the balance. Difference → you offer an adjustment.
Why the QR check-in
It proves the broker was physically at your yard with you, at that time, for that order. The code changes every 60 seconds and only works for that job, so it can't be screenshotted and reused. Both you and the buyer see the check-in time on the order.
Getting ready
- Keep the reserved slabs together, numbered, with access for measuring both faces.
- Have the packing list and slab numbers ready.
- Allow photos — the report needs both faces and edges.
If there's a difference
You'll see the broker's measurements next to your listing. Offer a fair adjustment (lower price or corrected quantity) within 24 hours. Discrepancies reduce account health; quick, fair adjustments keep most orders.
Late access
If the broker can't access the yard in the agreed window, it counts as late site access on your account health. Use Orders → Inspections to propose another time.
