What Brand Shield does

Protects your name

Any listing that uses your brand or its protected words, by a seller you haven’t authorised, is held automatically before buyers see it.

You choose the sellers

Retailers apply with their invoices from you or your distributor. You approve, decline or revoke — revoking holds their branded listings.

Sets the lowest price

Add each series with a minimum price per sq ft. Authorised sellers can sell above it, never below — the price change is blocked.

Takes down misuse

Report a listing (counterfeit, wrong brand, your photos). It comes down at once; the seller can appeal with evidence and you decide.

You need an active or pending trademark in at least one QwikStone market and the International plan or higher. Local and Local Plus plans can't enrol brands — but any plan can sell brands as an authorised retailer.

Apply with invoicesUpload invoices from the brand or its distributor. The brand sees them.

What happens when

Situation	What QwikStone does
A listing uses a protected brand and the seller isn't authorised	Held automatically (“Brand review”). Released when the name is removed or the brand authorises the seller.
An authorised seller prices below the brand's minimum	The price change is blocked; the listing keeps its previous price.
The brand files a complaint	Listing taken down at once. The seller appeals with evidence; a case opens in Seller Support.
Repeated violations	A policy issue on account health; can lead to suspension.
