- Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands are pay-per-click: you pay only when a buyer clicks, at most your bid, and usually less (second-price auction).
- Clicks are paid from your prepaid Ads wallet. Paid ads stop when it's empty, unless you turn on auto top-up.
- Auto top-up charges your saved card only with your agreement, and at most 5 times a day.
- Free launch campaigns cost nothing until launch day and then pause, unless you choose to keep them running.
1. These terms
These terms apply when you advertise on QwikStone through QwikStone Ads in Seller Hub or the API. They are part of your Seller agreement with Qwikstone Technologies Private Limited and apply with the Terms of use.
2. Ad products
| Product | Where it appears | How you pay | Plans |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sponsored Products | In search results, on collection pages and on product pages, labelled “Sponsored”. | Per click | International and above |
| Sponsored Brands | A brand banner with your logo, headline and listings — above search results, between listings and under the results. | Per click | Premium (and plans that include it) |
| Banners & placements | Home page, collection pages and other placements described in Seller Hub. | A fixed price per period, or the winning bid in a weekly auction | Premium (and plans that include it) |
Sponsored content is always labelled. Ads don't change how orders, deposits and inspections work, and sponsored listings make up only a limited share of any page of results.
3. The auction and what you pay
- You choose targeting (keywords with broad, phrase, exact or negative match; automatic targeting; products, categories or look-alike photos; returning visitors), a bid and a daily budget.
- For each ad slot, eligible ads are ranked by bid multiplied by a quality score (relevance, listing quality and account health) and any adjustments you set. The winner pays just enough to beat the next ad's rank, never more than its own bid, and never less than the minimum cost per click shown in Seller Hub.
- You are charged only for valid clicks. Repeat clicks from the same visitor on the same ad within 30 minutes are not charged, and we filter other invalid traffic. If you think you were charged for invalid clicks, tell us within 30 days and we'll review and credit confirmed invalid clicks to your Ads wallet.
- Daily budgets are targets. Spend on a day can be slightly above or below the budget while traffic is counted; over a month you won't pay more than the daily budget times the days the campaign ran.
- Autopilot, if you turn it on, adjusts bids, adds converting search terms and blocks wasted ones within the target and maximum bid you set. You can turn it off at any time.
4. The Ads wallet
- Prepaid balance. Clicks on paid campaigns are paid from your Ads wallet, held in your Seller Hub currency. Click prices set in other currencies are converted at the day's rate when they're deducted.
- Adding money. You add money from your saved card or bank mandate. Each top-up is charged when you confirm it and has its own tax invoice (in India, including 18% GST). The smallest top-up is shown in Seller Hub.
- When the balance runs out. Paid campaigns stop showing when the balance reaches zero. A click is never charged more than the balance left. We email you and show a notice when the balance is low or empty.
- Auto top-up. If you turn it on and agree to automatic charges, we add the amount you choose whenever the balance falls below the level you choose, charged to your saved payment method — at most 5 times in a day. You can change or turn it off at any time in Advertising → Wallet. If an auto top-up fails, we tell you and your paid ads stop when the balance runs out.
- Credits. QwikStone may add credits — for example for invalid clicks or goodwill. Credits are used before paid balance where shown, have no cash value and can't be withdrawn.
- Unused balance. Your paid balance doesn't expire. If you close your Ads account or your seller account, you can ask us to refund the unused paid balance to the original payment method, less any amounts you owe QwikStone. Promotional credits and free launch value are not refundable.
- No interest. The wallet is a prepayment for advertising, not a bank or deposit account, and doesn't earn interest.
5. Free launch promotions
Before QwikStone launches on 25 November 2026, QwikStone may invite sellers, brands and machinery makers to free advertising:
- Free Sponsored Products until launch for sellers who list. Clicks on these campaigns are counted but not charged until the launch date.
- Free sponsored placements for the first sellers invited (first come, by first live listing), including brands and machinery makers. Placements are shared at random between the invited advertisers. Machinery makers must be on a paid plan to be invited.
- Launch-day banners are by invitation, and invited advertisers bid for them. There are no free launch banners.
- To start a free campaign you need a card or bank mandate on file. It is not charged for the free campaign, and you don't need to add money to the wallet.
- Seven days before the free period ends we remind you by email and in Seller Hub. At launch, free campaigns pause automatically unless you choose “Keep running after launch”, in which case they continue at your bids and budget, paid from your Ads wallet.
- Invitations are personal, can't be transferred and may be withdrawn before you accept them. QwikStone decides who is invited.
6. Your ads
- Ads must be accurate, lawful and about stock or products you sell on QwikStone. Headlines and images must not be misleading, offensive, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Sponsored Brands need a brand registered with Brand Shield, and creatives are reviewed before they run. We may reject, pause or remove any ad that breaks these terms or our listing rules, and tell you why.
- You are responsible for your ads and the claims in them, and for having the rights to the logos and images you use.
7. Reports and data
Seller Hub shows impressions, clicks, spend, orders and sales attributed to your ads. Reports are based on QwikStone's own measurements, which are final for billing unless there is an obvious error. You get aggregated results only; you won't receive personal data about the buyers who saw or clicked your ads.
8. Bookings and banner auctions
- Fixed-price bookings show the placement, period and price before you book; the creative goes live after approval.
- In banner auctions, the highest bids at the close win the slots for the period. Winning bids are charged as shown when you bid. Bids can't be withdrawn after the auction closes.
- If a booked placement doesn't run for reasons on our side, you receive a pro-rata credit or refund.
9. Pausing and ending
You can pause or end campaigns at any time; clicks already made are still charged. We may pause your ads if your account health is low, your listings are paused, your plan no longer includes the ad product, or you break these terms.
10. Changes
We may change ad products, minimum prices and these terms with at least 14 days' notice by email and in Seller Hub. Changes don't affect clicks or bookings made before the change.
