Questions

Do I need to sell on QwikStone?

No. Brand Shield is free for any brand owner. Your brand is protected whether or not you list products.

My trademark is still pending. Can I register?

Yes — choose “Applied, pending” and give the application number. Protection starts once you confirm the code; we recheck when the registration is granted.

What can't be protected?

Stone and tile names that describe the material (Statuario, Calacatta, Black Galaxy, GVT…) belong to everyone. Your brand name, product-line names and logo can be protected.

How do retailers sell my brand?

They apply in Brand Shield with invoices from you or your distributor. You approve or decline. Approved retailers can't sell below the minimum price you set.
